Simple shipping optionsWe offer flat rate shipping specific to each item in our shop. Check out each product description to view rates.
Delivery timesPlease refer to lead times on each product detail page in our shop. To save you money, we use ground shipping for shipping directly to your front door, this means that tracking information is not always available.
Returns & ExchangesBecause all of our items are fresh and made to order for you, we do not accept returns/exchanges at this time. Exceptions will be made for the damaged products.
Damaged itemsIf your product is damaged or broken on arrival, please contact us within 24 hours from receiving order with a photo of the damages to info@naturefactory.net. We will contact you as soon as possible to find a solution.
Order changesPlease contact us within 24 hours from placing the order to make changes to your order. Changes after 24 hours cannot be accepted.
PaymentWe accept Visa, Mastercard and K-Net at this time.
WholesaleShipping costs will be sent to you in a separate invoice before your order is delivered. If you would prefer to use your own shipping account, we can accommodate this as well.
